There is nothing such as one single day known as Mother's Day

Every year on 14th May we celebrate a so-called Mother's Day. on which we all gather around our mother’s house, sit with her, talk with her, play with her, and at last eat with her. Children spend time with their mothers, and many schools organize functions for mothers in which they perform activities eg cooking. But the question raises where are they on the days except 14th May? There are 365 days in a year, and we spend one day with our mother, which is known as Mother's Day. What about the remaining 364 days?

A mother is a woman who first keeps you in her stomach for a long time and then gives you birth and bears the pain. Then raises you, by teaching you new things, she walks the whole night to make you stop crying, she sacrifices her sleep for you, she leaves her dinner/food to feed you, she leaves herself for you, she bears your annoying voice of crying, she becomes a kid to make you happy, she fights for you, she teaches you, she misses you when you are out to school, she makes a special dish for you, she makes you happy, sometimes scolds you but believe in me she feels bad after it. and you can only give your mother one day whereas she spent maximum time with u. This isn't fair in my eyes.

Hard time is faced by those mothers who have to manage their houses along with their children, especially those mothers who lived in a joint family. she has to manage the kitchen, and her husband's parents, and if she mistakenly learns driving then she exclusively has to manage the grocery of the house, have to go shopping with her mother-in-law to fulfil her wishes and have to teach her kids how to be respectful with elders. she also faces her husband's anger on her mistakes. in some rural areas, mothers are also beaten by their husbands and she also saves her kids from her husband's anger. After facing these struggles our mothers get one day out of 365 days. is it fair??

So it is concluded that there is nothing such as mothers Day, let's change something. there shouldn't be one day stated as Mother’s Day instead every day should be mothers Day. every day is Mother’s Day, every day is fathers Day, every day is Children’s Day, every day is Women’s Day, every day is earth day, etc. We shouldn't be bound of celebrating the day with our mothers for only one day, we should be with her on all days in a year as a smile on her face is better than earning millions. Be with your mother, care for her as she cared for you. and remember that every day is Mother’s Day.
